Lip Sync Thursday at XBAR

Bethany & Tiffany host Lip Sync Thursdays every week with sickening lip-sync performances chosen by the audience and fun, fabulous segments that are sure to entertain the masses.

FRIDAY 11/12

Hip Chicks Out

Every second Friday, join Hip Chicks Out at Broadway Roxy from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. for creative cocktails and flirtatious conversation in the 1920s inspired, intimate space that includes a speakeasy and a live concert by Leon & The Revival at 10 p.m.

 

Bent Improv Comedy

After a global hiatus, the troupe of Bent returns to the stage at Rise Comedy starting at 9 p.m. Get a hardy laugh on with this performance group who’s chemistry is hysterically hyped. Bent is Denver’s only all LGBTQ comedy improv team. Living life queer infuses their comedy with a unique perspective. See them live, and laugh your face off!

 

Dueling Pianos

Warm up those vocal cords for sing-along Fridays at Charlie’s Nightclub from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.

No Borders at ILA Gallery

In honor of Native American Heritage Month, this show has been curated to celebrate all that it means to be Indigenous and descended from those who are Indigenous and in the spirit of the Divine Feminine. Whether the artist is a woman herself or comes from a woman, the spirit of femininity exists in the spirit of creation, creation of world, creation of human, creation of art.
The artists in this show identify in a number of different ways: Lake Paiute, Lakota, Chicano, Latino, Mestizo, and all gendered and non-gendered derivations.

Otterj 2022 Calendar Release and Underwear Party

Gather in the underground at The Triangle at 9 p.m. for the official Otterj 2022 calendar release party. Paul Andre will be kicking off the night, then DJ Anthony Allie will be bringing the beats until 2 a.m. Clothes check will be available. (Yes. Take it off!)

From 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. every Sunday, head down to Denver’s Disco Lounge, Lucid, to catch the opulent drag show by Colorado’s elite BIPOC performers.

 

Denver Queer Art Club

Create art together with your fellow queers from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Goldspot Brewing Company. Grab those knitting needles, collage kits, and paint brushes and build community with other Denver creative, artistic folks.

Denver Queer Art Club is a a collective of Denver queer creatives to share space and ideas, empower each other, and learn new trades.

 

F-Bomb at The Mercury Cafe

Catch the final F-Bomb live literary reading at The Merc from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. featuring readers Robert Vaughan, Meg Tuite, Karen Stefano, Sara Comito, Nancy Stohlman, Kathy Fish, Kona Morris, Nick Morries, Rob Geisen, Jonathan Montgomery, Jamey T., Sally Reno, and Wilson Koeing. After the readers, there will be an open mic.
