WI and IN Federal Appeals Court finds same-sex marriage ban unconstitutional

The U.S. appeals court in Chicago found the same-sex marriage bans in Wisconsin and Indiana unconstitutional. The panel of three judges in the 7th Circuit Court were previously reported on with this story.

This brings the total number of states allowing same-sex marriage from 19 to 21.
