Stereotypically, cars and trucks have been talked about from the male perspective; the boys want this and need that. Well, that was then, and this is now. Who says the gals out there can’t find a car hot, sexy, or a downright turn-on? Read on for some vehicles that just might add that bit of glam to your life … or crank up the volume on your rugged persona.

2015 Lexus RC 350 or NX 300h (Starting in the low $40K)

The RC and NX represent a new entry-level of vehicle for those looking for something that stands out with a sexy persona. Yes, I am talking to those looking to grab the attention of the fashion-forward glam goddesses. The RC is the newest coupe to the Lexus line-up with the NX being the CUV sibling. Both boast an edgy look with angular cues derived from the IS sedan design language. The RC coupe and the NX CUV (“h” for the hybrid version) offer impressive fit and finish, a long and rich option list, and razor-sharp handling that stands up against that of a BMW. The biggest complaint might be how many of them you are starting to see out on the road. One thing’s for sure, they’re quick and exude sex (and curb) appeal.

2016 Nissan Maxima Platinum (Starting just under $40K)

If you’re looking for a blend between “hot and sexy” and “butch and rugged,” then you have to stop and check out the 2016 Nissan Maxima. The 4-Door Sports Car (4DSC) is all new in ’16, inside and out. While first impressions make it seem longer and narrower, Nissan has actually improved almost every aspect of this car from performance to interior volume. Read: It is roomy! It has strong character lines that make it aggressive while retaining an interior softness that makes you wanna extend your drive a little longer. With up to 30 mpg on the highway now, it will also spare your pocketbook at the pump.

2015 Dodge Charger SXT Plus or Durango Citadel (Starting in the low $30K and $40K)

When I think of a butch car, the Dodge Charger comes to mind along with its SUV sibling, the Dodge Durango. The refreshed 2015 Charger design mainly updates the front and rear of the exterior. Now with LED lighting and updated rims, the Charger puts a new spin on this wide and roomy muscle car with 4-doors for the 2015 model year. The Durango, also recently refreshed, also sports updated LED lighting with a more masculine and aggressive exterior than most SUVs on the market. Pair that with the 8+ plus inch UConnect infotainment and available 300-hp V6 and 350+ hp HEMI options and you have a pretty “butch” option set to select from and please even the most rugged among us.
