All-stars roll into town for PrideFest

The sun is going to be bright this weekend. But it won’t be the only star in town during PrideFest weekend. Take a look at some of the celebrities taking the stage at PrideFest and making appearances around town at local bars!

Cazwell

There are rappers. And then there is Cazwell. This singer, songwriter and DJ, best known for YouTube sensations “I Seen Beyonce at Burger King” and “Ice Cream Truck,” – and his hot bod – will take the mainstage at PrideFest followed by apperances at both JR.’s and Beauty Bar. “I’m glad I get to perform at PrideFest as well as DJ afterward,” he said. “Denver is going to get a double dose!” Keep a look out for Cazwell’s album “Watch My Mouth” as it will be re-released this summer.

DJ Hector Fonseca

When DJ Hector Fonseca makes his Denver debut June 18 in the EXDO Event Center at Tracks he’ll have one mission: to make you dance. And there’s no doubt when he combines electro with tribal – he calls it “electribal” – you will. DJing for more than a decade, Fonseca hit it big in the late 2000s when national media started to notice this New York DJ’s sound. And now, after traveling the world, Fonseca said he’s bringing an international flavor to the venues he plays at. Fonseca, known for his animation behind the turntable, said he’ll be dancing along side the crowd. Afterall he said, “if I’m not making myself dance, I’m doing something wrong.”

Pierre Fitch

You may know porn star Pierre Fitch. But you might not know his alter ego, DJ Pierre Fitch. Yup, one in the same. Hot beats. Hot ass! And he’ll be atop the hottest roof in Denver June 19 when he spins at the PrideFest after-party Climax at Vinyl. This Canadian hottie brings it to the porn studio and the DJ booth. Staring in more than a dozen films – he now owns his own studio – and nominated for several industry awards, this twink is a powerhouse to reckon with. Still, Pierre’s passion has always been music. And now he brings his mixing and blending skills to the Mile High City.

Lady Bunny

Bold. Outrageous. Bigger than life. Bitch! Just some of the terms of endearment used when discussing the Dean of Drag Lady Bunny. Star of Logo’s Drag U, Lady Bunny’s career spans decades. This drag queen ain’t just another boy in a dress. She sings, DJs and makes people laugh either doing her standup or emceeing an event. Bunny, touring constantly, returns to the capitol of Colorado for Tracks’ Drag Nation June 17. She’ll be perfoming with Raja, Nina Flowers and the show’s cast. “I’ve heard the cast is an absolute joy to work with,” she said. “Mainly because anyone would look pretty next to most of them. KIDDING! I don’t actually know any but look forward to meeting and working with them. They’d have to be nicer than the Drag Race gals.”

Correction: An earlier version of this article reported Lady Bunny would be performing with Jujubee. She will not be apart of the show this month. Raja is hosting.
