Drag 'N Drive

Have no fear, because spring 2021 is here!

Voss Events is excited to announce the springtime edition of Drive ‘N Drag Saves 2021, starring some of RuPaul’s Drag Race‘s leading queens. They are on a mission to save the world from the shit show that was 2020, and the production will be in Denver May 20-22 at the Denver Premium Outlets.

“Suit up, find your sidekick, and come along for one helluva new adventure as we werq to rid the USA of COVID and Trump,” Aquaria said.

Joining the super galactic Aquaria, the cast for this new springtime production will include the luminous Asia O’Hara, the incredible she-hulk Kameron Michaels, the dazzling Naomi Smalls, the winged warrior Plastique, Violet Chachki as the seductive villain, Miss Vanjie playing the role of “The Super Thot,” and it was recently announced that season 13 finalists Rosé and Gottmik will also be involved.

The outdoor concert series began in San Francisco on May 7 and will continue across the U.S., with its grand finale at NYC Pride.

“We’re excited to be on the road again with our drive-in productions,” show producer Brandon Voss says. “Our wildly popular stage shows have proven the drag show must go on even through a pandemic.”

Drive ‘N Drag Save 2021 launched in July 2020 and has played to capacity crowds in multiple cities across the country. Over 200,000 have had the opportunity to experience a live drag show featuring their favorite RuPaul’s Drag Race stars from the safety of their vehicles.

In this new springtime edition, audience members can ditch their cars and enjoy the show from eight-by-eight, socially distanced party patios. The VIP patios are much closer to the stage and queens, allowing for a true outdoor concert vibe.

As always, the live production will feature festive décor, concert-style stage and lighting, Jumbotron screens, and sound pumped outside from the stage and through every car via FM transmitters. Food and beverages are available via Gourmet Food Trucks, and fans will have a chance to purchase limited-edition merchandise.

“The springtime edition of Drive ‘N Drag Save 2021 has been adapted to be even more interactive than previous productions,” Voss said. “We’re lighting up parking lots with a new kind of drag extravaganza.”
