Meet Sara Webb, a lesbian resilience coach focused on empowering queer women who love women through heartbreak.
Sara Webb is the founder and lead coach of Sara Webb Says, a company built around supporting lesbians through heartbreak and rediscovering themselves. The company’s mission is laser-focused on empowerment and personal healing, as well as the impact and importance of mental well-being in every aspect of life.
Webb herself is a lesbian who has been twice divorced, so it’s safe to say she knows something about heartbreak. She is also a survivor of sexual assault, so she understands the resilience required to bounce back from something truly devastating on a personal level.
Team Sara Webb provides a safe and supportive space specifically for queer women to navigate the complexities and challenges of heartbreak, so they can recover their strength, purpose, and sense of self.
Coach Kyleigh Weathers brings significant personal development training and certification in attachment theory to guide clients through common entanglements of insecurity and self-abandonment.
Webb and Weathers together run a free private Facebook group “Healing Lesbian Heartbreak” and are co-authoring their first book.
Sara Webb Says functions around the core values of empowerment, growth, self-discipline, wholeheartedness, and personal integrity. The team aims to support and motivate clients to feel they are living with purpose, and on their own path towards true authenticity.
They also provide simple strategies and pocket-sized tools to help queer women maximize resources for personal success and inner freedom. Rather than focusing on surface-level solutions, they work to create lasting resilience in clients to navigate future life changes and challenges.
As an award-winning author and international speaker, Sara Webb travels globally, hosting workshops both virtually and in person and serving a wide variety of clients in private and group coaching capacities. Potential clients can benefit from on-demand webinar trainings found at sarawebbsays.com.
One of the most notable services offered by Webb and her team is her nine-week program, “Revive Your Power.” Incoming clients receive a custom roadmap to enact their innate resilience as they embark on their journey towards Self, with a capital S.
Custom coaching is tailored to clients’ individual goals, situation, and needs. Weekly sessions are bolstered by unlimited between-session communication with Webb and her team.
“Revive Your Power” teaches queer women how to overcome heartbreak and learn to relax, have more energy, and choose their own way of thinking. Clients learn to see anxious thoughts for what they truly are, and to adopt a more kind and forgiving stance toward themselves, enabling them to find calm within and without.
This program is for you if you can’t stop thinking about your ex, feel like your friends don’t understand, or are too heartbroken to swipe the dating sites.
If you have tried unsuccessfully to escape the pain through scrolling social media, keep getting triggered by all the happy couples, and are ready to get in tune with yourself, reach out to Sara Webb Says and team.
