DENVER – Clerk and Recorder Paul D. López’ will continue the tradition and our 13th annual Valentine’s Day Celebration will happen in 2020. The Clerk and Recorder’s Office issues marriage licenses. On Valentine’s Day, judges and clergy will perform free marriage ceremonies for couples. Food and beverages will be available for the couples.
