Aurora Pride is returning for its second year of celebrating the LGBTQ community in Aurora and all over the state of Colorado!
Join us on Saturday, August 4th from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. to celebrate diversity and visibility!
Aurora is home to an estimated 40,000 LGBTQ individuals and OUT FRONT has partnered with the City of Aurora to provide a safe place for the queer community, and raise money for scholarships awarded to LGBTQ individuals throughout Colorado.
This year, we are excited to carry on the spirit of Pride, as we welcome all to the free event that will be filled with love, support, and celebration. This a family friendly (and encouraged) event. There will be food trucks, vendors, and local and national entertainment.
Those looking to celebrate with a few drinks will be able to in the 21+ section. Oh yeah, there will be an all day beer bust this year too if you purchase a VIP ticket.
VIP tickets are 21+ and include a collectable glass that comes with free beer refills all day! Your collectable glass will come in your VIP gift bag that will be filled with all sorts of goodies. You will also get to sample cocktails, wine and local beer in a shaded lounge to relax in while you enjoy great views of the stage.
When Tatianna premiered on season 2 of RuPaul’s Drag Race, she won over our queer hearts with her determination, realness, and her unapologetic bluntness. When Tati returned to our TV screens for RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars she hit us like a wrecking ball; we all remember “Same Parts.”
Since then she has been touring the world, recently released her debut album, T1, and has been slaying us on Instagram.
“Jiggly is New York’s plus size barbie; she’s got swerve for your nerve; you can’t take her!”
When Jiggly Caliente crashed into our memory on the Season 4 premiere of RuPual’s Drag Race, she made quite the impression. To RuPaul, her post-apocalyptic couture was a disaster, but it only gave her a chance to show everyone her amazing lip sync skills—sending home Alyssa Summers.
On the January 22, 2016, she became the 5th contestant (after Carmen Carrera, Monica Beverly Hillz, Kenya Michaels, and Sonique) to come out as transgender.
On March 9, she released her debut album “T.H.O.T. Process.” Seriously, go add her single “Fckboi” to your Pride playlist!
“Kimora Blac is everyone’s sexual preference.”
Season 9 of RuPaul’s Drag Race would not have been the same without the beautiful, body-done-right queen Kimora Blac. Many queens who leave the show early on fade into obscurity, but not Kimora. The lovable, gorgeous, and often ditzy queen is one to watch out for. With a new show on World of Wonder, Wait, What?, a circuit party tour, and an ever-growing fanbase, Kimora’s drag race run is just getting started.
Check out OUT FRONT‘s interview with Kimora to get the scoop on Wait, What?, what she’s been up to, and if she ever figured out what an adjective is!
