Aurora is quickly becoming a home for many queer people in Colorado, and for the first time EVER the city is celebrating its unique, diverse, and welcoming atmosphere.

The first ever Aurora Pride will be held August 5th, 2017 on the Great Lawn of the Aurora Municipal Center from 10 a.m to 8 p.m.

We hope to capture the vibrancy and diversity already present in Aurora with local food, artists, and performers. Be prepared for live music and dance, fresh food, art, and history on display. Bring friends, family, and any one you know and celebrate being queer.

Aurora, Colorado is the third largest city in Colorado, with a population of nearly 350,000 people. The OUT FRONT Foundation estimates there are nearly 40,000 LGBT community members living in Aurora.

Aurora is the largest, most diverse city in the United States. The first is Brooklyn, New York.

There are nearly 150 spoken languages in Aurora, from nearly 130 countries
